Yes! 1.8 kilos of weight lost in 1 month. Still in the obese range but closer to the overweight category.

Salsa on Thursdays
Zumba on Fridays alternate with Hip Hop and Jazz classes
3 days of circuit training in between each week. Need to do weights I suppose to firm up.
Weekend hikes and heaps of fruits and vegetables now on my diet.
Definitely going for 3.0 in next months Green Prescription review.
