I so love eating sardines out of the can. It is my comfort food.
Yesterday, my officemate & neighbor Sharon cooked me sardines for our Friday breakfast at the office. It brought back so much happy memories.
My mother in law cooks it with tomatoes. yummy. Mana Tuling likes to cook it with eggs. The hub opens a can for peace offerings.
Funny how this food brings so much more happy memories to fill my heart with the comfort of home. Thank you Sharon.
That’s so good on a rainy day with hot steam rice. Yummm. I also remember the Teban and Goliath commercials “Kay nakalugsong man”

chi, sardines is one of my favorite comfort food, too! but i cook it with onions. =) my mom always has a ready can of sardines when i visit home. =)

i can eat sardines from a can, sauteed with onions and garlic, with omelette style eggs, with “sinabwan” and days-old sardines with bahaw na pan…with all the omega 3 in it, by now, we should be as intelligent as einstein..=)

i am sure ul bring sardines to NZ. haha. i love sardines too, with lots of onions. then lami pd ang spanish style sa victoria’s before.
